Datenschutz
Privacy, in plain German and plain English
Last updated: 22 October 2026. This policy applies to litbuyerfahrungen.com only.
1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this site is the operator named in the imprint. Contact for all privacy questions: see the address on that page.
2. Server logs
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you request a page, Cloudflare processes your IP address, the requested URL, the referrer, the user agent and a timestamp to deliver the page and to protect the service against abuse. This is necessary for the operation of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and the logs are retained for the short period configured by the host.
3. No tracking, no analytics profiles
This site sets no tracking cookies, loads no third-party analytics script, and builds no user profiles. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. Page-level statistics, if ever added, will be aggregate and cookieless, and this page will say so before it happens.
4. Product images from a third party
Product images on this site are loaded directly from the sheet operator’s image server
(api.spreadsheetkakobuy2027.com). When an image loads, that server receives your IP
address and user agent, exactly as if you had visited it directly. This is a legitimate interest in
showing current product photography (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); the images could not be shown otherwise
without copying them.
5. Affiliate links
Outgoing links to the sheet carry a referral parameter naming this site. The parameter tells the destination that the visit came from here; it does not identify you personally. If you follow such a link, the destination’s own privacy policy applies from that point on.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because this site does not run accounts or profiles, most requests will concern server logs held by the host; write to the address in the imprint and the request will be forwarded or answered within the statutory period.
7. Changes
If the site ever adds a newsletter, analytics or comment system, this page will be updated before the feature goes live, and the date at the top will change.
